About the opportunity

We are seeking a Revenue Operations Manager, based in Berlin or remotely. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving operational efficiency across the revenue cycle. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for supporting our GTM team and partnering with sales leadership to align company objectives with revenue goals. You’ll be the strategic driver of processes that optimize sales, marketing, and customer success operations.

In this role, you will be doing:
  • Analytics and Reporting: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) across the revenue cycle.

  • Strategic Planning: Align GTM goals with the company’s overall revenue objectives. Partner with sales leadership to design sales targets, commission plans, customer success metrics, and implement guardrails for deal terms and management.

  • Optimizing Sales Processes: Create and refine workflows for seamless processes between sales, marketing, and customer success. Identify bottlenecks in current processes and recommend and implement improvements.

  • HubSpot Effectiveness: Own and drive HubSpot effectiveness by ensuring accurate data inputs and generating actionable outputs that are easily understood by GTM teams.

What you need to be successful (requirements):
  • Proven experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or similar roles.

  • Experience working in a high-growth environment, particularly in fintech or SaaS.

  • Strong understanding of CRM platforms, particularly HubSpot.

  • Analytical mindset with experience in developing reports and dashboards to track revenue performance.

  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to partner with cross-functional teams.

  • Can-do' attitude, along with an optimistic and solution-oriented mindset, fostering a collaborative and proactive approach to challenges.
