About the role
Join Our Finance team as an Executive Assistant/Office Manager! Provide executive support to the Chief Financial Officer while also handling administrative duties to support the wider Finance team.

About you
Tertiary qualifications and/or significant experience in providing high-level executive support
Strong skills in organisation, problem-solving, prioritising tasks, and consistently meet deadlines
Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Demonstrated initiative and sound judgment in decision-making
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with strong negotiation abilities
A high level of maturity, flexibility, discretion, and the ability to handle confidential information
Advanced computer literacy, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based applications
A background in finance is highly regarded, though not essential
