  • Department and location: Executive Unit, St Vincent’s Hospital, Darlinghurst

  • Salary:  $81,581 – $108,532 + Super

About the role

Join Our Finance team as an Executive Assistant/Office Manager! Provide executive support to the Chief Financial Officer while also handling administrative duties to support the wider Finance team.

About you

  • Tertiary qualifications and/or significant experience in providing high-level executive support

  • Strong skills in organisation, problem-solving, prioritising tasks, and consistently meet deadlines

  • Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

  • Demonstrated initiative and sound judgment in decision-making

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with strong negotiation abilities

  • A high level of maturity, flexibility, discretion, and the ability to handle confidential information

  • Advanced computer literacy, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based applications

  • A background in finance is highly regarded, though not essential
