Responsibilities
  • Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for clients.
  • Provide administrative support, including email management and document preparation.
  • Assist with customer inquiries and provide exceptional service in Polish.
  • Conduct research and compile information as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records and documents in a systematic manner.
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Handle miscellaneous tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Proven experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a focus on customer service.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Familiarity with digital collaboration tools and online platforms.
