Role: Email Marketing Specialist

Graveyard shift (at least 2 years of recent graveyard experience is a must)

Salary Range: 30,000-45,000 per month

Job Summary:
We are seeking an Email Marketing Specialist expert who can use HubSpot to build and execute email campaigns, assist with data hygiene projects, and be the first line of defense for reported bugs. Ideal candidates have CRM experience and a strong eye for design.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build and deploy email marketing campaigns using HubSpot
- Assist with data hygiene and list management projects
- Troubleshoot and resolve reported bugs related to email workflows and systems
- Collaborate with teams to design mobile-responsive email templates
- Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM)

Qualifications:
- 1 year of experience working in HubSpot, plus 1-2 years in other CRMs (total 3 years of CRM and email marketing)
- Bonus: Experience with email design (HTML/CSS)
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication skills

Must-Have:
- Comfortable using time tracker tools like Time Doctor
- Highly motivated and organized
- Fluent in English - excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficient on a computer and in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- High-quality noise-canceling headset
- High-speed internet (50+ Mbps) with backup internet
- High-speed computer with a working webcam also must have a backup computer
- A quiet working environment free of outside noise (cars, animals, others working)
