  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on company products, services, and processes to provide accurate information.
  • Participate in team meetings and training to enhance your skills.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Danish and English, both spoken and written.
  • Previous experience in customer service is preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
  • Ability to tackle problems effectively and offer solutions.
  • Comfortable using computer applications and customer service tools.
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece and engage in a new cultural experience.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
