This position will manage all Revenue Operations tools and technologies, with a focus on Salesforce, to support organizational revenue goals and objectives. This role will be the subject matter expert for all RevOps tools that drive and support revenue goals by streamlining processes and procedures, optimizing workflows, and ensuring data integrity and accuracy which enable productivity and forecasting.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day Salesforce data, workflows, and relevant integrated systems to ensure process efficiency, data accuracy and integrity
  • Manage and maintain tools and technologies utilized by Revenue Operations and cross-functional teams.
  • Responsible for managing the day-by-day CRM data, workflows, and relevant integrated systems to ensure data accuracy and integrity
  • Design, test and maintain Salesforce workflows and establish users, profiles, permission sets, roles, sharing rules, and security controls on the system
  • Maintain CPQ pricing, products, and rules
  • Streamline workflows and improve efficiency, from lead generation to customer acquisition and renewals, using data and technology
  • Create and manage Salesforce dashboards and support building forecasts to understand the health of Sales and business revenue objectives.
  • Provide the business with reliable data-driven insights, sales performance analysis, and pipeline forecasting
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the business to streamline processes, identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement, and optimize the end-to-end revenue cycle to support organizational goals and objectives.
  • Provide training and technical support to end-users on Salesforce administration, ZoomInfo, Loopio, and other Revenue and Sales tools.
  • Regularly review and analyze Smile Digital Health’s tech-stack to ensure efficiency and remove redundancies.
  • Develop and maintain documentation outlining processes, procedures, and policies
  • Accountable for ensuring that all working hours are accurately reported in NetSuite on a daily or weekly basis, that the majority of (if not all) hours are tracked as billable and that the project management tool in NetSuite is properly and fully utilized.
  • Tracking and reporting of billable hours is a critical aspect of project management and delivery to our customers and this is a major area of accountability.




Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in Salesforce administration or similar working experience. Experience in a healthcare technology environment, preferred.
  • 3+ years experience building and running reports in Salesforce and supporting a modern tech stack.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal and relationship building abilities.
  • In-depth Salesforce knowledge and demonstrated previous experience in developing and establishing system workflows, workflow optimization, system integration, and ensuring data integrity and analysis.
  • Salesforce certified administrator or Salesforce Advanced Administrator certificate or in progress, preferred.
  • Experience with Loopio, ZoomInfo, and/or NetSuite, preferred.
