Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of Account Executives.
  • Conduct and participate in client and prospect meetings, leveraging corporate resources as necessary.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training processes for new hires.
  • Provide ongoing mentorship and development to enhance team performance.
  • Report on sales activities and forecasts to senior leadership.
  • Consistently monitor and analyze team sales metrics.

  • Create and execute effective sales campaigns.
  • Build and nurture relationships with C-level executives at enterprise clients.

  • Partner with the VP of Sales to develop and implement strategic sales plans.
  • Stay updated on market trends and represent the company at industry conferences.
  • Become an expert on our product offerings and ideal customer profiles.
