Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Success Associate to join our innovative team focused on reshaping how businesses comprehend their supply chains and emphasize sustainability. In this pivotal role, you will enhance client relations, ensuring that our users derive maximum value from our compliance management solutions. As a critical liaison between customers and our Product Development & Support teams, your contributions will be integral to client success and your own professional development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide ongoing support to customers, regularly engaging to optimize their experiences with our platforms.
  • Assist clients in creating custom specifications and facilitate their decision-making processes.
  • Track development progress, conduct testing, and keep customers updated on any necessary input.
  • Partner with senior team members and the Product Development team to address complex client requests.
  • Manage system issues and inquiries by submitting support tickets and informing clients of updates.
  • Record customer support hours and alert your manager to any engagement concerns.
  • Aid in customer billing processes by resolving invoicing inquiries.
  • Contribute to Sprint Release testing, identify bugs, and help prepare release notes and training materials.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients, performing needs assessments, training, and configuration as needed.
  • Oversee supplier data management by addressing support mailbox queries and processing factory list submissions.
