Job Overview

Join our esteemed organization, a pioneer in Human Capital Management services in California, as we seek a dedicated Human Capital Management (HCM) Sales Consultant for our Sales team in the Greater Los Angeles area. This remote position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute significantly to our mission of enhancing the workforce management processes of our clients through innovative HCM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Conduct daily outreach to potential clients to maintain a strong sales pipeline.
  • Develop and maintain a prospect list via cold calling, business development, and strategic networking.
  • Design and execute strategies to attract new clients.
  • Maintain a consistent sales rhythm with top prospects.
  • Build lasting referral networks by engaging in industry-related networking events.
  • Foster relationships with key business influencers.
  • Employ a consultative sales approach to assist clients in improving their employee management practices.
  • Offer comprehensive solutions throughout the employee life cycle.
  • Present and promote our extensive range of HCM solutions, including Applicant Tracking, Learning Management, Payroll, Human Resource Information Systems, Time and Attendance, HR Services, Integrations, Expense Management, and Performance Management Solutions.
  • Collaborate efficiently with implementation and payroll teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
  • Work closely with fellow sales professionals to cultivate a collaborative team environment.

Required Skills

  • At least two years of experience in sales, specifically within payroll or a related industry, or demonstrated success in B2B sales.
  • A commitment to teamwork and collaboration.
  • A BA/BS degree in business or a related field.
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach with a positive attitude and self-discipline.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of two years’ sales experience in payroll or a related field, or proven B2B sales success.
  • A bachelor’s degree in business or an equivalent discipline is required.
