Position: Senior Oracle HCM Compensation Analyst

Location: Remote

Contract Length: 6+ months

Job Overview

We are in search of a talented Senior Oracle HCM Compensation Analyst to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role presents a unique opportunity to engage in a significant project, working intimately with our internal team and esteemed external partners, including Deloitte. You will collaborate closely with our Oracle Compensation Subject Matter Expert (SME), assisting with daily operations and contributing to the overall success of our HCM initiative.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with internal teams and external consultants on Oracle Fusion HCM and Compensation Tool projects.
  • Configure and oversee the Oracle HCM and Oracle Compensation tools for large-scale enterprise clients.
  • Design and execute tailored configurations that align with specific client requirements.
  • Independently advance tasks while coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

Required Skills

  • Extensive expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM and Oracle Compensation tools.
  • Strong proficiency in manipulating and creating configurations within Oracle Compensation at an enterprise level.
  • Proven history of configuring Oracle Compensation tools for large-scale implementations.
  • Ability to work autonomously and proactively, demonstrating initiative and independence.
  • Experience in collaborating with both external consultants and internal project teams.
  • Familiarity with working alongside major systems integrators like Deloitte is advantageous.

Qualifications

  • Significant experience (5+ years) in Oracle HCM and Compensation roles.
  • Proven experience in large-scale implementations of Oracle Compensation tools.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
