Remote Billing Account Manager (Allscripts) - Join Our Dynamic Team

We are actively seeking a skilled and experienced Remote Billing Account Manager, specializing in Allscripts, to become a pivotal part of our flourishing medical staffing organization. Job Overview

In this fully remote opportunity, you will take charge of managing billing and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) accounts, as well as leading the teams responsible for their execution. Your role will bridge the gap between clients and your team, guaranteeing effective communication and seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Engagement: Address client inquiries promptly, maintaining consistent communication and delivering monthly performance reports.
  • Team Leadership: Inspire and guide your team, cultivating a culture of open communication and collaboration. This includes establishing clear objectives, delegating responsibilities, monitoring progress, and acknowledging successes.
  • Process Enhancement: Design and execute proactive strategies and configurations in Allscripts to optimize and refine billing processes.
  • RCM Management: Supervise the complete RCM billing workflow using Allscripts, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and on time.
  • Project Initiation: Evaluate new projects or clients, formulate kick-off plans, and secure authorization from RCM Managers.
  • Conflict Resolution & Development: Manage team dynamics, identify training needs, and provide coaching as necessary.

Required Skills

  • In-depth knowledge of medical billing practices and proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems, particularly Allscripts.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities to engage effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with a successful history of team management and performance enhancement.
  • Strong organizational capabilities and meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma/GED.
  • At least 5 years of experience in medical billing, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership position.
