Job description

Job Title: Receptionist/Office Assistant (Remote)

Contract Duration: 3 months

Pay Rate: $28.50 per hour

Working Hours: 8AM - 5PM

Job Overview

We are looking for a personable and professional Receptionist/Office Assistant to become a vital part of our team. As the initial point of contact for our visitors, you will ensure a welcoming environment and assist in guiding them effectively. Your responsibilities will also include managing phone calls, maintaining a visitor log, and potentially assisting with the issuance of security passes. Proficiency in basic typing and computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel), is essential.
