Job description

Position for a dynamic and innovative professional growth agency specializing in selling courses for leaders looking to enhance their leadership and management skills. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Marketing Specialist to lead a creative team. As a Marketing Lead, you will play a crucial role in designing and executing high performing digital marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Design and Execute Marketing Campaigns Create and manage comprehensive marketing strategies for social media platforms, email marketing, and digital advertising.

Lead a Creative Team Manage and guide a team of copywriters and designers, ensuring content is engaging, on-brand, and aligned with business goals.

Use Kajabi Leverage Kajabi to design and launch email campaigns, manage course marketing funnels, and track performance.

Campaign Performance Analyze and report on key metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and optimize for results.

Collaboration Partner with the course development team to synchronize marketing strategies with course launches and training programs.

Requisitos

3+ years of experience in digital marketing, including leading marketing campaigns across social media, email, and digital ads.

Proven experience in team leadership, with the ability to direct and inspire creative teams.

Proficiency in Kajabi Must have experience using Kajabi for email marketing, funnel management, and course marketing.

Fluent in English Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.

Experience with other CRM tools is a plus (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).

Strong ability to track and analyze campaign performance metrics.

Familiarity with tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and email marketing platforms.

Experience in the education or training industry is a plus.
