Registered Dietitian (100% Remote Telehealth)

We are seeking a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) to join our team at RD Nutrition Consultants LLC, providing outpatient telehealth services with a primary focus on weight management and lifestyle counseling. This is a flexible, part-time position (16-24 hours per week), perfect for an experienced dietitian looking to balance clinical work with other commitments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized medical nutrition therapy (MNT) to clients primarily focused on weight management.
• Conduct virtual consultations to assess clients' nutritional needs and develop personalized nutrition care plans.
• Educate clients on effective strategies for weight management, behavior modification, and lifestyle improvement.
• Monitor clients' progress and adjust care plans as necessary to ensure successful outcomes.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records through electronic health record (EHR) systems.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credential required.
• Licensure in your state of residence, and the ability to obtain additional state licenses if required for telehealth.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an outpatient or weight management setting.
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based nutrition interventions for weight management.
• Excellent communication and counseling skills to engage clients in a virtual environment.
• Proficient in using technology for telehealth consultations (Zoom, EHR systems, etc.).
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with telehealth or virtual client management.
• Specialized certifications in weight management, behavior change, or related areas.
• Familiarity with motivational interviewing and other behavior change techniques.
  
  

Hours:

• Part-time: 16-24 hours per week.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Hourly rate: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour, based on experience and credentials.
