Requirements
- Minimum experience of 5 years working as a requirements analyst or in related roles in software projects;
- Complete higher education in Information Systems, Computer Science or related courses (minimum of 5 years of training)
- Solid knowledge of requirements analysis techniques, such as interviews, workshops, prototyping, and process modeling;
- Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.);
- Ability to create clear and detailed technical documentation, including use cases, process diagrams, and data modeling;
- Experience in dealing with multiple stakeholders and distributed teams;
- Knowledge of modeling tools such as Visio, Bizagi, or other BPM (Business Process Management) tools;
- Knowledge on Capital Market
Plus
- Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA, PBA or equivalent);
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (PMI, PRINCE2);
- Experience in specific sectors, such as Banks, Finance, Clearings, Insurance and WM).
English level: Fluent – 100% onsite (Av. Paulista)
Responsibilities
- Act as a conduit between product owners, development teams, and project leaders to help improve development team effectiveness
- Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement, develop and implement solutions
- Lead ongoing reviews of business processes and develop optimization strategies
- Stay up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems
- Document and communicate the results of your efforts
- Effectively articulate your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management
- Gather critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and produce useful reports
- Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements
- Prioritize initiatives based on business needs and requirements
