Location: Brazil (100% Remote or Hybrid for Serra Gaúcha residents)

Compensation Currency: Brazilian Real (BRL)

Contract: Permanent Full Time (CLT) - 42h/week

About the Role

Join a world leader in Cloud based software solution for the Space Designing industry. As a Technical Lead, you will work on the Spaces Flex SaaS product, a 3D WEB interior/exterior design software with End-to-End integration with eCommerce.

Responsibility:

  • Develop code that is performance-oriented, cost-effective, and follows company-defined security standards.
  • Elaborate interfaces using standards and design principles defined by the team.
  • Develop systems with high availability.
  • Well versed with Unit testing and PSR Standards
  • Master Software Development lifecycle, standards and technologies used by the team.
  • Deliver on time with high quality
  • Write Automation tests before to API call to code it and test it.
  • Trouble Shooting and debugging skills for faster defect fixing
  • Perform technical documentation of the implemented tasks.
  • Provide guidance and mentoring to Interns/Freshers and other programmers.


You must have:

  • Advanced english level (you'll work in a global project)
  • Bachelor’s degree in computers OR IT-related courses.
  • Solid experience as Senior Software Developer
  • Solid experience in Rest API development.
  • Solid experience in Front-End technologies like HTML, CSS, React JS, Java script, Type Script or any other JS Framework
  • Knowledge of React tools such as React.JS, Webpack, Zustand and Zod
  • Knowledge of performance testing frameworks such as Mocha and Jest.
  • Good knowledge in SOLID design principles & architecture/design patterns.
  • NoSQL (Cosmos DB/MongoDB or any other),

  • Experience working in an agile environment with full stack teams
  • Experience working in a fast-paced technology environment focused on delivering a world class product within an agile methodology utilizing latest technology frameworks.
  • Desirable – Knowledge of NKBA Rules.
  • Desirable – Experience in interior design domain.
  • Desirable – Vector and matrix algebra algorithm.
  • Desirable – 3D Client-Side Rendering Frameworks (BabylonJS, Three.js)
  • Desirable – Azure Services and Infrastructure.
  • Desirable – DevOps Azure deployment.


Good to have:

  • Demonstrate excellent analytical, technical, interpersonal and organizational skills and be a good team player.
  • Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Good working knowledge of Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery Practices with Azure DevOps or similar frameworks
  • Experience with test driven development and Microservices architecture.
  • Knowledgeable in common SCM practices, such as branching and code merges
  • Ability to work within a Team with strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
  • Understanding of Agile practices and ability to use tools such as Azure DevOps to enable the delivery of high-quality code
  • Team player that puts team first, willing to make the difficult decision and have the difficult conversation while providing clear technical recommendations to leadership that is best for the long term.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively establish and maintain working relationships across disciplines and across the organization
