Hi there! We are Scale Up and our client is looking for a Insurance Customer Service Representative!

Job Description

Our client is seeking an experienced Bilingual Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a background working with U.S.-based insurance agencies and possess strong communication skills in both English and Spanish.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist clients with their insurance needs.
  • Provide customer support for U.S. Property and Casualty Insurance inquiries, including Home, Auto, Commercial, Umbrella, Renters, Boat, RV, and Motorcycle.
  • Manage Notices of Cancellation and follow up with clients to ensure timely communication.
  • Assist clients with questions regarding policy coverage, payments, and renewals.
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with U.S. insurance regulations and procedures.



Qualifications

  • Fluent in Spanish (spoken and written).
  • Excellent English speaking and writing skills (required to interact with U.S. clients).
  • Prior experience as a CSR in Property and Casualty Insurance
  • Exceptional phone and customer service skills.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
  • Candidates must have a reliable high-speed internet connection, stable power supply, and a well-functioning computer.

Work Schedule

  • Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (Central Time)
