Job description

Location: Malta (fully remote)

Our client, an iGaming provider is seeking a driven Account Manager based in Malta to help expand their reach as they push into the European market. This role is ideal for someone with experience managing key accounts who is ready to step into a leadership position and drive business growth in this dynamic and competitive industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, providing support, resolving account issues, and assisting with technical inquiries.
  • Monitor key metrics such as DAU, MAU, player activity, and betting volumes, and identify growth opportunities for partners.
  • Develop and implement strategies for client acquisition and retention, creating personalized offers and promotions to foster long-term loyalty.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences, promoting products and building new and existing partnerships.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell, driving both partner success and company revenue.
  • Gather and analyze client feedback, collaborating with internal teams to enhance products and ensure a seamless experience.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, offering actionable insights to partners and maintaining a competitive edge.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as an Account Manager in the iGaming or gambling industry; experience with casino games providers is a plus.
  • At least 1 year of team leadership experience, with the ability to inspire, coach, and develop others.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a strong client-centric focus and the ability to align client needs with business goals.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability, with a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Strong negotiation skills to align promotions and activities with both client and company interests.
  • Familiarity with financial metrics and targets, with a focus on increasing profitability within accounts.
  • Experience collaborating across marketing, finance, design, and tech teams to deliver consistent client service.
  • Proficiency in platforms such as Hubspot, Jira, and Confluence.
  • Willingness and availability to travel for business events and conferences.
