Job description

Are you an experienced IT professional with a passion for managing complex systems and leading IT projects? We are looking for a Senior IT Administrator to join a great team and lead the planning, implementation, and support of advanced IT services for both internal and external clients.

Location: Germany

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the planning, implementation, and support of IT services for internal and external clients, focusing on complex and large-scale projects.
Administer and oversee server infrastructures in Windows/Linux and VMware/Proxmox environments.
Manage Active Directory and Azure AD operations, ensuring high-level security and efficiency.
Lead in the security management of client and internal systems, ensuring best practices are followed.
Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for all implemented systems.
Oversee IT project management, from initiation to completion, and mentor junior team members.

Specific Skills:

German language C1, English B2
Extensive experience in Microsoft Domain environments, both on-premises and in Azure.
Advanced knowledge of server infrastructure administration, cybersecurity, and network administration.
Proven leadership in managing complex IT projects and guiding junior professionals.
