Job description

Join Patrique Mercier Recruitment PT as a Lithuanian Speaking Virtual Assistant and embark on an exciting remote opportunity from Athens, Greece! In this role, you will provide a wide range of administrative assistance, including managing schedules, coordinating communications, and executing various tasks that contribute to the success of our clients. Responsibilities
  • Organize and manage client schedules and appointments with precision.
  • Handle correspondence through email and other communication channels in Lithuanian & English.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support such as data entry and document preparation.
  • Conduct research and prepare reports as necessary.
  • Maintain organized files and documentation efficiently.
  • Assist with various projects and tasks as required by clients.
  • Communicate effectively to ensure clients' needs are addressed promptly.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Lithuanian (both spoken and written) with excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in English (both spoken and written).
  • Experience as a virtual assistant or in an administrative role is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
  • Familiarity with various software tools for communication and task management.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Capable of working independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
