Job description

We are currently recruiting for an Entry Level Administrator to join our team in Leicester on a full-time, permanent basis. The successful applicant will be expected to regularly work from the office, with some flexibility on remote working.

Reporting to the Typist Team Manager, the successful applicant will provide typing and administration support to our Consultancy team. As an Entry Level Administrator you will be expected to handle confidential and sensitive information with poise, tact, and diplomacy.

Working in a team environment, the successful applicant will be expected to ensure all correspondence adhere to our company standards. Other responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • prioritising typing, copy typing and admin tasks/projects accordingly,. by using your own initiative

  • typing dictation in order of priority/date sequence, following the Mattioli Woods in-house style within a 48-hour turnaround time

  • formatting, proof-reading, and correcting grammar within correspondence, without changing the content

  • adhering to the dictation process, including company filing standards, and providing an electronic copy for review

  • making changes when advised within a 24-hour turnaround time

  • maintaining draft folders and uploading final documentation on our CRM system

The right person will:

  • have excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • high level of proficiency in MS Office applications and Outlook

  • work well under pressure, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail

  • ability to proof-read, correct grammar and format correspondence
