Grecotel Hotels & Resorts is continuously enhancing its presence within markets the UK MARKET. We are looking for a dynamic and passionate professional that will proudly represent and share the authentic hospitality that Grecotel Hotels & Resorts are known for.

As a Sales Manager you are responsible to develop and expand the luxury segment as well as consortia networks through business trips, sales calls, events, and trainings mainly in London and further areas around the UK. In coordination with the Director of Sales you will be able to create a strategic plan of targets and sales activities.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the relationship with all travel agencies, luxury networks in London and surrounding areas.
  • Support for the existing TA΄s and targeted acquisition of new contacts.
  • Development of marketing ideas for efficient sales support.
  • Representation of Grecotel in events and fairs.
  • Create and organize FAM trips for selected travel agencies.
  • Travel to the Grecotels in Greece to get an update of the product and Services.
  • Welcome and escort VIP contacts/clients/agencies.
  • Schedule regular meetings with the sales manager to stay up to date on product and sales expectations.
  • Promote hotels, develop partnerships and start new ones.
  • Ensure advertising coverage, commercial and marketing opportunities are achieved.
  • Gain an understanding of the hotel's business strategies, set goals and establish action plans to achieve those goals.

Requirements

  • Completed commercial education (diploma/bachelor's degree in sales, business administration or a relevant field)
  • Proven professional experience in hotel sales
  • Microsoft Office excellent know-how
  • You have a strong sense of sales and above-average communication skills
  • Great presentation skills
  • Self-organization Flexibility and high motivation are reflected in her personality, together with a problem-solving attitude
  • You are characterized by a systematic and goal-oriented way of working combined with the ability to work in a team
  • Working independently and being measured by success are attributes that spur you on in your daily work
  • Travel is not a barrier for you, rather you see it as a broadening of your horizon and business development
  • Fluency in English, knowledge of Greek or additional languages will be considered as an asset
