Job Overview

Join our innovative team as a Product Manager and take an active role in the development of a groundbreaking cloud platform tailored for the real estate and construction sectors globally. This role offers you the chance to lead the creation of a comprehensive application that manages the entire lifecycle of construction projects, positioning you at the forefront of the construction project management revolution. Your efforts will not only drive significant industry advancements but will also leave a lasting legacy within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and articulate the product vision and strategy for our web-based product teams.
  • Gather client insights, analyze market trends, conduct user testing, and collaborate with stakeholders to create a roadmap that maximizes value and ensures timely delivery of optimal solutions.
  • Monitor product performance and key metrics to identify areas for enhancement and growth opportunities.
  • Work in partnership with delivery teams (software, design, quality assurance) to roll out impactful, high-quality products.
  • Formulate clear go-to-market strategies for both internal stakeholders and customers.
  • Maintain effective communication with various internal and external stakeholders.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related role.
  • Demonstrated ability to enhance business outcomes through effective leadership, analytical thinking, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Capacity to successfully balance multiple roles and responsibilities.
  • Familiarity with the Scrum methodology.
  • Experience utilizing product management tools such as Jira, Figma, and Productboard.
  • Proficient in data analysis.

Qualifications

  • Experience in the AECO (Architecture, Engineering, Construction, and Operations) or PropTech industry is preferred.
  • Familiarity with a start-up environment is advantageous.
  • Knowledgeable in API discussions.

Compensation And Benefits

The salary range for this position is between \(90,000 and \)110,000. We may ultimately offer a salary that is higher or lower than this range based on your skills, location, and market conditions.
