Job Overview

Join our rapidly growing international manufacturing organization as a Supply Chain Director, working remotely within the United States. You will play an instrumental role in shaping our supply chain strategy, directly collaborating with the Senior VP of Operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire supply chain process, ensuring efficient procurement of raw materials and timely delivery of high-quality products.
  • Formulate a comprehensive supply chain strategy that aligns with our organizational objectives.
  • Drive operational excellence by optimizing logistics and enhancing overall efficiency.
  • Foster collaboration across various departments, including procurement, production, quality assurance, and sales.
  • Utilize analytical expertise to identify improvement opportunities and implement data-driven decisions.
  • Develop and execute risk management strategies to navigate potential challenges.
  • Negotiate effectively with suppliers and vendors to secure advantageous agreements.
  • Lead, mentor, and cultivate a talented supply chain team, promoting professional development.
