Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by accurately and efficiently processing orders, addressing inquiries, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Manage customer accounts by maintaining detailed records, monitoring account status, and executing necessary actions to uphold service quality.
  • Utilize data analytics, particularly through Microsoft Excel, to forecast inventory requirements and support informed decision-making.
  • Enhance supply chain operations by implementing strategic management practices to boost efficiency and guarantee timely delivery of products.
  • Process purchase orders as an integral component of the supply chain process.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, showcasing growth and impact.
  • Demonstrated expertise in customer service and supply chain management.
  • Proficiency in order entry, Microsoft Excel (notably VLOOKUP and spreadsheets), and data analysis.
