Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Senior Financial Analyst to join our esteemed team in the healthcare services sector. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee pricing models for new business initiatives and requests for proposals (RFPs).
  • Prepare and manage status reports for ongoing pricing strategies.
  • Assess Pro Forma and Internal Rate of Return (IRR) models for new capital investments.
  • Identify critical financial and operational performance trends through comprehensive analysis.
  • Construct and enhance financial models, execute financial statement evaluations, and conduct ad-hoc analyses to support strategic decision-making.
  • Create and implement budgets for emerging business units.
  • Assist in financial reporting related to capital expenditures and project budgets.
  • Review and evaluate contract drafts, establishing and managing processes to track essential financial metrics within contracts.

Required Skills

  • Ability to adapt swiftly to new concepts and work autonomously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address complex financial and business challenges using innovative financial models.
  • Exceptional analytical skills for interpreting and evaluating complex data sets.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and various financial data systems.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Engineering is preferred; an MBA or advanced degree is advantageous.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in finance, with at least 2 years in a comparable role is preferred.
