Job Title: Partner Account Manager - Remote

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary liaison for effective communication with existing partnerships.
  • Develop and execute strategic relationship management plans that foster mutual success and open new business opportunities.
  • Identify, recruit, and activate new partner relationships.
  • Create innovative and mutually advantageous go-to-market and engagement strategies for partnerships.
  • Meet and exceed targeted goals and quotas related to partner activities and new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with business development representatives and account executives to expedite deal closures and foster adoption through partner influence.
  • Represent our organization at prominent industry events.

Required Skills

  • Demonstrated success in managing partner relationships, particularly within a B2B SaaS context.
  • Experience in sales and/or business development, particularly in relation to partner relations.
  • Strong communication abilities.
  • Capacity to devise creative go-to-market solutions that facilitate equitable partnerships.
  • Proven experience in re-engaging partners, customers, or accounts that have become dormant.
  • Technical proficiency regarding SaaS products.
  • Foundational knowledge of the functions within SaaS marketing and sales organizations, and the role of partner organizations.
  • Experience collaborating with industry associations as corporate partners.

Qualifications

  • A background in the construction industry is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with construction technology is an advantage.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce is preferred; knowledge of Crossbeam is beneficial.

Location:

We are hiring in Atlanta, GA, or Austin, TX. While we embrace a remote-first culture, we strongly prefer candidates in these locations for periodic in-person meetings and team-building opportunities.
