Outbound Sales Agent (Financial Services)

This is a remote position.

Mon - Fri 9M- 6 PM New York Time includes 1h unpaid break.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound cold calling to business owners using provided lead lists
  

• Introduce and explain merchant cash advance and alternative lending products to prospects
  

• Gather sensitive business information from potential clients, including SSN, EIN, and recent bank statements
  

• Build rapport quickly with business owners during initial conversations
  

• Navigate objections and concerns related to sharing financial information
  

• Input and manage prospect information in the company’s CRM system
  

• Follow up with potential clients to move them through the sales pipeline
  

• Meet performance metrics for call volume, lead generation, and information gathering
  

Requirements

• Previous experience in outbound sales, preferably in financial services or B2B sales
  

• Must have appointment setting experience
  

• Strong phone presence and excellent communication skills
  

• Ability to explain complex financial products in simple terms
  

• Experience using CRM systems and auto-dialers
  

• Comfortable handling sensitive financial information with discretion
  

• Resilient and able to handle rejection in a cold-calling environment
  

• Basic understanding of business finance and lending concepts
  

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting
