Schedule: 20 hours a week,  M-F anytime between 9AM to 5PM Reston, VA Time

Job Description

We’re seeking a skilled Lead Generation Specialist to drive our client’s business growth through innovative prospecting and lead cultivation. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of identifying potential clients and candidates, utilizing advanced CRM systems and digital tools to streamline our outreach efforts. You’ll have the opportunity to work directly with the company’s founder, contributing to high-level strategies while executing day-to-day tasks that fuel our pipeline. Responsibilities
  • Populate and maintain our CRM system with accurate, up-to-date information on potential clients and candidates
  • Conduct in-depth research to identify promising leads across various industries and job markets
  • Implement and optimize lead generation strategies to support business expansion
  • Assist in developing and executing targeted outreach campaigns
  • Analyze lead quality and conversion rates, providing insights to refine our approach
  • Collaborate with the founder to align lead generation efforts with overall business goals
  • Adapt quickly to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Requirements
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proven experience with CRM systems and lead generation tools
  • Strong research abilities and attention to detail
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
  • Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and lead generation techniques
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting
