Currently we are looking for Delivery & Operations Specialist for Audit Department.

(We are all working remotely from different locations).


Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the Global Delivery & Operations (D&O) audit capability through execution of audits to establish our business understanding foundations, talent acquisition and skills/experience development;
  • Support execution of complex evaluations and analysis of the company’s delivery and operations of our portfolio elements (e.g. Technology Infrastructure and Services, Big Data & Security, Digital Workplace, Cloud, etc.) across geographies and industries;
  • Evaluate design and operating effectiveness of project and client quality governance and management, solutioning of services, financial performance objectives setting and monitoring, etc.;
  • Perform critical and analytical gap analysis (people, processes and tools) between internal operations to external client-contract obligations/expectations;
  • Identify risk management and controls and their results and outcomes on current delivery and operations evaluating efficiency and effectiveness and impacts to potential future opportunities;
  • Contribute value-added and insightful reporting and communications to/with key global, regional and local management;
  • Follow up on management actions to encourage continuous process improvements;
  • Participate and maintain relationships with key management to contribute to the partnership and continued alignment with the business.


Profile

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experiences in some of the following activities: tactical delivery and operations, assessment of service quality and portfolio management, contract performance and compliance, etc.;
  • Strong critical thinking, analysis and synthesis capabilities;
  • Consultative tact and approach and with practicality in mind;
  • Ability to effectively communicate complex issues to management, both orally and in writing, in an accurate well-organized, logical manner;
  • Professionally fluent in English required; additional languages are an advantage, not essential;
  • Open-minded, curious, agile and flexible and future forward thinking;
  • Works collaboratively in a team, yet independent and autonomous;
  • Opportunity to globally travel up to 25%, based on need.
