The Position

The Opportunity
As a Mobility Reward Analyst - Advisory you are responsible for the accurate and timely assignment management support for international assignees and stakeholders. You act as a Senior Specialist in international compensation, benefits, and assignment management systems. You manage the assignee population and work closely with global and local People & Culture (P&C) Partners and Reward Partners. Furthermore, you act as a Senior member within the group, accountable for training delivery for new joiners and regular upskilling of team members, first escalation point for technical, system, process related questions, and responsible for liaising with other function’s experts on these matters. You are also responsible for effective vendor management and relationship building.

  • Manage dedicated assignee population and assignment operations throughout the assignment lifecycle.

  • Handle administrative aspects of international assignments and ensure data accuracy in HR & Global Mobility systems.

  • Ensure the correct execution of International Assignment policies worldwide.

  • Manage relationships with external vendors and initiate vendor services.

  • Consult and provide guidance on policies and processes, acting as an escalation point and expert on Global Mobility topics.

  • Calculate cost projections and assignee compensation packages.

  • Generate payroll instructions for assignment payments and allowances, ensuring accurate and timely payments with local HR and Payroll teams.

Who you are

  • University or College degree with excellent written and spoken command of English.

  • At least 3-4 years of experience in Global Mobility processes, including 1 year in a client consulting role.

  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Apps, and assignment management systems (SAP, Workday, Topia, AssignmentPro).

  • Strong client focus, interpersonal skills, and business acumen, with the ability to manage senior stakeholders and work with diverse cultural backgrounds.

  • Dedicated, pragmatic, and result-oriented approach with strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail in fast-paced, changing environments.
