Key Responsibilities

• Accurately transcribe depositions, hearings, and other judicial proceedings.
• Process audio recordings while meticulously following style guides to produce verbatim transcripts.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure precise transcription accuracy.
• Collaborate effectively with our supportive in-office team for guidance and assistance as needed.
  
  

Required Skills

• Proven experience in court reporting, scoping, or legal transcription.
• Exceptional listening abilities to capture audio content accurately.
• Strong adherence to deadlines and client-specific style guidelines.
• Outstanding literacy skills, including comprehension, spelling, and grammar.
• Proficient typing skills, demonstrating both speed and accuracy.
• Ability to handle sensitive audio/text material, which may include offensive content.
• Familiarity with legal terminology is essential.
