Responsibilities

• Assist Polish-speaking clients in planning and booking adventure tourism experiences in Greece.
• Offer expert advice on various adventure activities, including hiking, kayaking, and cultural excursions.
• Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat communication.
• Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and effectively.
• Maintain detailed documentation of client interactions and travel arrangements.
• Stay informed about the latest adventure tourism trends and opportunities in Greece.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance overall customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Fluent in Polish (spoken and written) is required.
• Experience in customer service or sales, ideally within the travel or adventure tourism sector.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on understanding client needs.
• A passion for adventure tourism and knowledge of Greece's adventure offerings is preferred.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a team.
• Familiarity with travel booking systems and online platforms is beneficial.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, as necessary.
