Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer support in Polish for gaming console inquiries
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner

Requirements

• Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken
• Prior experience in customer support, preferably in the gaming industry

• A strong understanding of gaming consoles and related technologies
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to relocate to Greece with support provided
