Job description

Patrique Mercier Recruitment PT is pleased to offer an exciting opportunity for an Italian Speaking Virtual Assistant to join our team in a remote position based in Athens, Greece! This role is ideal for proactive individuals who have strong organizational skills and are enthusiastic about supporting clients with their administrative tasks while enjoying the benefits of remote work.

As a Virtual Assistant, you will be essential in managing various administrative functions, including scheduling, communication, and task organization. If you are detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities effectively, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate client schedules and appointments accurately.
  • Handle correspondence through email and other platforms in Italian & English.
  • Provide administrative support including data entry, document preparation, and task tracking.
  • Conduct research and prepare reports as required by clients.
  • Organize and maintain files and documentation efficiently.
  • Assist clients with various projects and tasks as needed.
  • Communicate effectively to ensure that client needs are met timely.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian (both spoken and written) with excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in English (both spoken and written).
  • Prior experience as a virtual assistant or in an administrative role is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the capacity to multitask.
  • Familiarity with various software and tools for task management and communication.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive problem-solving approach.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
