Job Description

We are currently looking for a Panel Quality Specialist to join our Turkiye Operations team based in Turkiye. The ideal candidate should possess strong interpersonal skills, analytical acumen, and proficient monitoring abilities, leveraging these attributes to ensure timely data production.

As Panel Quality Specialist you will have the following key accountabilities:

Monitoring, controlling, and developing the total research quality products and processes.

  • Data Enrichment
  • Ensure on-time production of weekly and monthly data, including matrix management and data modelling.
  • Raw data Modelling monthly periodicity
  • Performing annual universe studies
  • Quality Check and Improvement
  • Ensuring high standard of coding, data-in processes, panel shop data, matrix management, extrapolation, etc.
  • Analyzing the context of the corresponding panel market and channel using all relevant information and addresses root causes of Quality Issues.
  • Tracking of quality KPIs
  • To have knowledge of and comply with Global Quality Standards in the area of responsibility.

Now that you know what a Panel Quality Specialist does, what skills, qualifications and experience do you need?:

  • Bachelor´s/ Master´s degree in Statistics, Business Administration, Economics, or equivalent experience
  • Preferably 1 - 2 years of experience in Market Research / Operations departments
  • Having an analytical approach and proactive problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and with strict deadlines.
  • Eagerness to learn, an open mindset and team spirit.
  • Advanced use of MS Office
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Living in Istanbul
