As a Portfolio Manager, you will contribute to the development of an operational year-plan for own department activities of the team. Contribute in discussions about the future of the business by frequent and thorough interaction with other functions

As a Global Portfolio, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading the portfolio management team, responsible for executing strategy and lifecycle portfolio management for their product portfolio.
  • Collaborating with sales & commercial, and marketing teams to gather market research and competitor intelligence to grow the product portfolio.
  • Discussing about the future of the business requiring frequent interaction with other functions and the regional teams.
  • Partnering with Marketing to deploy the strategy for both established and new products.
  • Developing product portfolio roadmaps to optimize profitability while ensuring technology advancements are validated with customers and regulatory agencies.
  • Leading the NPI planning phase and delivers commercial success in coordination with commercial, operations, and technology stakeholders.
  • Participating in Stage Gate product and technology development teams, including documentation as required for gate meetings.
  • Leading initiatives and associated technologies to drive carbon footprint reduction.
  • Working with Supply Chain to identify and create supply strategies and cost targets.
  • Working with manufacturing facilities and key suppliers to drive value chain optimization and implement continuous improvement project
  • Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain and service teams to monitor and analyze non-conformances in the value chain, and enable improvement initiatives across the value chain
  • Delivering business growth through comprehensive lifecycle management that optimizes New Product Introduction, Advanced Technology Development, Service, and Productivity initiatives.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Science discipline or Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of cross-functional leadership experience.
  • Has 8+ years in manufacturing, engineering or field experience in API 6A and/or API 17D
  • Has 8+ years managing one or more of the functions (i.e. sales, operations , technology or technical)
  • Have significant experience leading and planning projects or programs and in analyzing and solving problems.
  • Have experience in upstream O&G equipment manufacturing , design engineering, or equipment installation.
  • Familiar with API 6A or API 17D standards and its applications
  • Have Product Line / Regional P&L exposure.
  • Have upstream O&G customer relationship experience for both International Oil companies and National Oil companies.
  • Have excellent interpersonal and leadership skills and the ability to influence others.
  • Be flexible to travel as per the role requires up to 25% travel time.
