What is the role?
You will play a critical role in the initial stages of the recruitment process. Your main responsibility will be to identify and engage passive technical candidates through creative sourcing strategies, ensuring we maintain a strong and diverse talent pipeline. You'll collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to align sourcing strategies with hiring needs for technical roles such as software engineers, data scientists, and DevOps professionals.
Key Responsibilities
Source Top Talent: You know that talent isn't just hanging out on LinkedIn. You're skilled at leveraging multiple platforms like GitHub, Stack Overflow, and even those hidden gems—Slack groups, Discord communities, and Twitter—to find and engage the best tech talent. Wherever they are, you know how to reach them!
Build Pipelines: Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates and always look for new sourcing methods.
Collaborate: Sourcing isn't a solo mission. Your partners in crime are recruiters and hiring managers, working together to align sourcing strategies with the team's hiring needs. It's all about teamwork to find the perfect candidates!
Track Data: Use metrics to refine sourcing efforts and keep the ATS organized.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
Experience: 3-5 years in tech sourcing, with a solid grasp of technical roles.
Tech-Savvy: Familiar with Languages: Go/Kotlin/Swift/JavaScript/Typescript; Clouds: GCP/AWS; Databases: PostgreSQL; Containerization: Kubernetes.
Tools Master: Skilled in conducting boolean searches across different platforms; LinkedIn Recruiter, Github, Stackoverflow, Slack, Discord, and more..
Strong Communicator: Craft engaging outreach messages and track data to improve.
