  • Retain information effectively to fulfill all customer requests.

Required Skills

  • A minimum of one year of experience in a call center environment.
  • Strong computer proficiency, including the ability to troubleshoot minor technical issues.

  • Knowledge of the dental care industry is advantageous, though not mandatory.

Qualifications

Compensation And Benefits
