We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team at our office in Vicente Lopez, Argentina. This role will involve handling customer inquiries primarily from the American and Latin American markets, making fluency in English essential for effective communication.

Responsibilities:


  • Answer incoming calls from customers and address their inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Listen attentively to understand customer concerns or issues and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Direct complex problems to the relevant department for further investigation and resolution.
  • Ensure customers receive empathetic support and maintain a positive experience throughout interactions.
  • Generate and manage service tickets to track customer issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Coordinate with the Service Department to manage tasks that cannot be resolved over the phone.
  • Facilitate the process of sending replacement parts, including creating labels and managing shipment logistics.
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to customer service operations.


Requirements:


  • Proven experience in a customer service role or similar position.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • Strong communication skills and ability to multitask effectively.
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and basic administrative duties.
  • Experience in handling customer inquiries from American and/or Latin American markets preferred.
