Job description

Our client is seeking a dedicated individual to join their team in the role of Client Support Center. This remote position requires a tech-savvy professional with a passion for customer service and a knack for problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate technical proficiency and adaptability with new software, tools, and CRM systems such as Salesforce or Zendesk.
  • Efficiently learn and navigate new computer systems to ensure seamless customer interactions and minimize downtime.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite for data management, report generation, and communication.
  • Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms, including handling support tickets, incident tracking, and resolution management.
  • Multitask across various platforms and systems, such as CRM, help desk ticketing systems, and live chat tools.
  • Use communication tools (e.g., Slack, Microsoft Teams) for internal and external collaboration.
  • Track performance metrics and customer inquiries using data entry and reporting tools, such as Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Use live chat and remote support tools (e.g., Intercom, TeamViewer) to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in real time.


The ideal candidate will have a continuous learning mindset to stay updated on emerging tech trends and tools that enhance customer support capabilities.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of technical support experience.
  • Ability to work within a highly collaborative environment, with an empathetic nature and willingness to adapt to changing priorities quickly.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to adjust to changes quickly.
