What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and manage casting timelines, ensuring project deadlines are met.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with selected talent, maintaining alignment with project budgets.
  • Provide direction and feedback to talent during auditions to refine their performances.
  • Collaborate with producers and directors to ensure cast members meet evolving creative needs.
  • Oversee all aspects of the audition process, from scheduling to final selection.
  • Maintain and update a casting database, ensuring talent records are relevant and up-to-date.
  • Foster relationships with emerging talent, agents, and other industry professionals.
  • Lead casting sessions, offering guidance to stakeholders during talent selection.

Background & Skills:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years as a Casting Director in a creative agency or marketing industry.
