Job Summary

 

As the Creative Director for Foundever's U.S. market, you will drive the execution of innovative growth marketing strategies while leading a talented creative team. In this key leadership role, you will inspire and guide the team to develop impactful, high-quality work that enhances the effectiveness of our marketing efforts. Your primary focus will be on elevating creative output across all channels to boost brand awareness, generate demand, and capture leads, supporting both new client acquisition and the expansion of current client relationships.

Responsibilities

 

  • Strategic Creative Leadership: Lead the creative vision for Foundever’s U.S. market, ensuring all outputs align with our brand identity and drive measurable business outcomes. Provide mentorship and direction to the creative team to deliver high-quality, innovative work across a variety of channels and touchpoints.
  • Full-Funnel Campaign Development: Lead the creation of cohesive, multi-channel campaign assets that effectively engage prospects at every stage of the buyer's journey. Balance thought leadership and solution-focused content with emotionally resonant messaging to build trust and drive action.
  • Performance-Driven Creative: Partner with marketing operations to optimize creative assets using data and performance insights. Continuously refine creative approaches to improve campaign effectiveness and return on investment.
  • Brand Awareness and Demand Generation: Develop and execute creative strategies that boost Foundever’s market presence and drive demand for our full range of offerings—from core BPO services to advanced CX solutions.
  • Growth Support: Create compelling creative assets that support both new logo acquisition and current client expansion initiatives, working with insights provided by sales, account management and operations teams.

  • Innovation in B2B Marketing: Push the boundaries of B2B creative by developing breakthrough concepts that differentiate Foundever in the marketplace. Stay on top of industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our marketing remains cutting-edge.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing operations, sales enablement, product marketing, and other key stakeholders to ensure creative solutions meet both marketing and business objectives.
  • Industry Expertise: Build a deep understanding of the CX BPO industry, as well as the needs and challenges of our target audiences. Use this knowledge to ensure all creative assets are relevant and resonant with key decision-makers.
Qualifications

 

  • Proven expertise: Experience in copywriting, design, or creative strategy, with a portfolio demonstrating the ability to blend insightful, solution-driven content with emotionally compelling messaging for B2B audiences.
  • Experience: 7+ years in a creative leadership role, with a strong track record of success in B2B marketing. Experience in BPO, CX technology, or adjacent industries is a plus.
  • Campaign success: Demonstrated ability to develop and execute integrated, full-funnel marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, demand generation, and lead capture in complex B2B environments.
  • Leadership skills: Ability to lead and mentor creative teams, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence, while optimizing creative performance with a data-driven approach.
  • Communication and collaboration: Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate creative concepts and build consensus across diverse, cross-functional teams.

Moderate travel (up to 10%) may be required.

Salary Range

 

The base pay range for this position in the United States is up to $190,000.00 per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, education, skills, and experience. In addition, this role will be eligible for an annual 30% Management Incentive Plan.
