Business Process and Automation Lead (HubSpot)

We are seeking a passionate and talented Business Process and Automation Lead to join our Revenue Operations team, with a focus on optimizing our sales and marketing tech stack and business systems. In this role, you will work closely with sales and marketing leadership, managers, and reps to address existing business challenges, support upcoming initiatives, and implement necessary technical solutions.

ROLE DESCRIPTION

As the Business Process and Automation Lead, you will:

  • Drive adoption of nurturing campaigns and other automated messaging through HubSpot workflows.
  • Segment contact lists and support sales and marketing teams in prospecting and nurturing efforts.
  • Define and implement rules of engagement to identify relationships between locations, branches, divisions, and agencies associated with clients.
  • Collaborate with Demand Generation and SDR teams to maintain a seamless deal pipeline from inquiry to sales conversion and revenue realization.
  • Develop a tracking system for attribution reporting and measure the success of campaigns.
  • Create and maintain HubSpot dashboards and reporting to provide real-time insights into the impact of marketing and sales efforts.
  • Manage integrations with external sales and marketing tools, such as Salesforce and Chili Piper, using both built-in solutions and custom webhooks when necessary.
  • Design and execute email campaigns with the content team to generate interest in MediaRadar’s services.
  • Monitor the health of the email domain and ensure high email deliverability rates.

Bonus/Good to haves:

  • Build and maintain systems for client support, onboarding, and fulfillment, ensuring sales reps have visibility into all client interactions.
  • Continuously seek out opportunities to improve data flow and processes between HubSpot and Salesforce to enhance efficiency.
  • Assist with Salesforce CRM setup and maintenance as required.
  • Work with content management systems (CMS) and automate social media posting as part of marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Sales Operations/Automation experience in a B2B organization, ideally within a SaaS or subscription-based business model, with hands-on experience in CRM and technology integrations.
  • 5+ years of experience managing a marketing automation platform, such as HubSpot.
  • Experience with SQL is highly preferred.
  • Experience with automation tools such as Zapier and/or Python to streamline daily processes is a plus.
  • A deep understanding of CRM best practices, especially in reducing sales friction, boosting productivity, and improving outcomes.
  • Strong interpersonal, multitasking, organizational, and project management skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach and a strong sense of initiative.
