Job Overview

Applied Systems, Inc., a worldwide leader in insurance technology, is currently searching for an Associate Client Implementation Manager to join our Client Implementation Team and be responsible for the delivery of professional services that support the implementation and ongoing optimisation of Applied software and solutions. The Associate Client Implementation Manager and team members work with new and existing clients providing solutions utilising our leading-edge insurance software and products to optimize their use of our systems. Working with a diverse mix of insurance brokers you will be hands on configuring the core application to meet their business process needs.

What You’ll Do

  • Perform implementation, optimisation and/or strategic consulting engagements with Applied customers based upon a defined scope of work
  • Engage with new clients, facilitating workshops to gather software configuration and business process requirements
  • Deliver and/or manage education of Applied clients use of Epic and extended solutions
  • Perform reviews with existing clients to ensure optimisation of their processes, utilising new software enhancements when applicable
  • Articulate reasons for change by utilising strong Business Analysis skills
  • Develop and maintain a functional understanding of the entire Applied product portfolio and how Applied solutions can be used to solve clients’ business processes
  • Gain a good understanding of General Accounting to enable review and implementation with each client
  • Configuring the core application
  • Keep abreast of changes to Insurance industry and regulation
  • Ensure a high level of customer service whilst remaining commercially focused
  • Contribute to the development and ongoing improvement of the Client Implementation methodologies

What You’ll Need To Succeed

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Can work remotely or hybrid from an Applied Systems Europe Office
  • Is able to travel up to 25%

Your experience should include some or all of the following:

  • Up to 1 year of related work experience
  • Ability to have difficult conversations
  • Experience in client service, leadership, and logistics
  • Good computer skills and the ability to use business support software
  • Strong client service, project management, and quality control skills
  • Strong resource planning skills
  • Excellent leadership and client service skills
  • Strong teamwork skills and attention to detail

Additionally, you may have:

  • Basic knowledge of insurance industry and/or Applied product portfolio
  • Basic knowledge of a professional services within a software company
  • Diploma or degree in a Business-related field, plus specialised training
  • PMP / PRINCE2 / CMI diploma / BCS BA certifications
