We are seeking an Appfolio Bookkeeper to join our team! This position requires prior experience in the Property Management field utilizing Appfolio Software. This position is remote work from home and requires a strong self starter.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze wide range of accounting issues for users in Appfolio software.
  • Understand Appfolio Software
  • Review and troubleshoot owner statements, Bank Reconciliations, General Ledger Issues
  • Communicate with clients
  • Ensure tasks are complete in a timely manner for a number of clients
  • Position is completly remote. Strong self starter required.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in Appfolio a Must
  • Ability to evaluate issues, and resolve with ease
  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Knowledge of Slack, Gmail, Asana and Google suite
  • Ability to multi-task efficiently and effectively.
