Job Description

As an Agency Partner Manager, you will manage relationships with agency partners signed up through our client’s partner program, driving revenue through referrals and joint opportunities by fostering strong partnerships.

Role Expectations

  • Manage a portfolio of agency partners, meeting or exceeding monthly revenue targets in recurring revenue.
  • Recruit and onboard new partners that align with the ideal partner profile, ensuring their success in the partner program.
  • Maintain regular communication with partners through meetings, email, Slack, in-person visits, and events.
  • Be an advocate for our client’s platform, ensuring it remains top-of-mind with partner agencies.
  • Keep partners informed and excited about new features, products, and the platform roadmap.
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of your partners' businesses, capabilities, and operations to provide tailored support.
  • Deliver education, training, enablement, and support to partners.
  • Track partner performance and provide regular reports, including Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
  • Maintain accurate records in HubSpot.
  • Identify business and marketing opportunities for partners within the organization.
  • Foster clear communication, respect, and timeliness in all interactions with teammates and partners.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of proven experience in partnerships and/or the e-commerce tech space.
  • Established network of agency relationships in the marketing and e-commerce sectors.
  • Highly motivated self-starter with a desire to grow your career.
  • Ability to move quickly, think strategically, and execute effectively.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, with a passion for helping agency owners succeed.
  • Dedication to customer satisfaction and success.

Compensation: Base salary of $90,000 - $100,000 / OTE $170,000 - $200,000
