Job Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Sales and Marketing Administrative Assistant, where you will be instrumental in enhancing our marketing initiatives. Your expertise in the marketing mix will allow you to conduct insightful market research and analyze customer behavior. You will create and manage spreadsheets to interpret essential metrics, including Return on Investment (ROI) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). This role involves overseeing email campaigns, monthly promotions, and updating marketing collateral to foster engagement and drive results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Extend a warm and professional greeting to customers, establishing a welcoming environment.
  • Engage with customers over the phone, addressing inquiries and guiding them to our diverse services while upholding exceptional customer service standards.
  • Inform customers about our current service offerings and promotions to elevate their experience.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our products and services to provide accurate assistance.
  • Actively contribute to the achievement of the team's sales targets on a daily, monthly, and annual basis.
  • Update and manage sales reporting systems to monitor progress and outcomes effectively.
  • Facilitate weekly sales meetings, ensuring adherence to the agenda, fostering collaboration, and following up on key action items.
  • Oversee and optimize sales channels and platforms for maximum efficiency and effectiveness.

Required Skills

  • A fundamental understanding of sales principles and customer service practices is preferred.

Qualifications
