SHIFT HOURS: 10 AM-2 PM PST
SHIFT DAYS: Monday-Friday

Client is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Call Setter to join their team! As a Call Setter, your primary responsibility will be to make pre-approach calls to potential clients, with the goal of scheduling discovery calls for our sales team. You will be provided with scripts, systems, and all the necessary tools to succeed in this role.

Responsibilities
  • Make outbound pre-approach calls to schedule discovery calls with potential clients.
  • Follow provided scripts and systems to ensure consistency and efficiency in call setting.
  • Communicate with prospects via phone and email to build rapport and gather relevant information.
  • Manage call logs and scheduling through Active Campaign.
  • Work closely with the sales team to optimize lead engagement.
  • Ensure follow-ups and accurate data entry into Active Campaign.
Qualifications
  • Familiarity with emails, phone calls, and Active Campaign systems is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Better-than-average proficiency in English.
  • Ability to work independently while adhering to team goals and systems.
  • Willingness to learn and be trained in our processes.
