As a Senior Garage Supervisor, you’ll be at the forefront of our garage operations, ensuring everything runs efficiently and effectively. You’ll manage driver allocations, oversee daily operations, and uphold our high standards of safety and service. Your role will be pivotal in building strong relationships with drivers and colleagues, driving performance, and ensuring a seamless service for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Driver Management Efficiently allocate drivers to duties, ensuring coverage and compliance with regulations. Handle daily scheduling and adapt to changes seamlessly.
• Operational Oversight Manage daily garage operations, optimise work rest days, and maintain accurate records of absences and employee data.
• Health & Safety Proactively handle health and safety matters, including drug and alcohol testing, incident reporting, and follow-up actions.
• Training Coordination Oversee driver CPC training and manage training modules. Ensure new drivers are welcomed with a comprehensive induction process.
• Performance Support Ensure compliance with Driving Standard Quality audits and address attendance and performance issues positively.
• Public Interaction Respond to public inquiries and lost property requests with professionalism, ensuring a positive experience for all visitors.
